Africa
Agenda
There is always a mis-conception
on the Africa Agenda, most people believe that the west/east and other
developed nations aren't doing enough to fund Africa, Africa on the
other hand has all its focus to these nations instead of her addressing
her own agenda.
The deliberation on Africa
Agenda always rans into snags,eg sudan-peace deals because both the
Africa and the West/east major on the secondary challenges
while turning on a blind eye on the primary challenges.
Compare &
Contrast
As much as the West/East
is being faced with its secondary challenge of how to cancel hectic
debts or give out handsome aids, behind the scene is their primary
challenge that they too want to achieve.
In Africa, despite of
how much we cry foul of poverty, corruption diseases and deaths out
of cival wars, we are only on the secondary challenge side-stepping
the real issue in our primary challenge.
Both parties the Africa
and the West/East are only ildling out on the secondary challenge
that for sure got it's root in the primary challenge
EXAMPLES
In Africa we are busy
fighting poverty and corruption ( the seondary challenge) but due
to ethnical/triblism and ignorance (primary challenge) we handly can
deliver leaders of integrity. In elelction period the first question
is "who is he/she, is he our man", "is he from our
house", that is to ask is he/she from our tribe or our ethnical
backgrounds? (Elie in his book, Tribalism and Ethnicity).
The West and the East
are in their rush to strategically solve their primary challenge,
its amazing how both are out-doing each other as they adore themselves
with "goodies of" aid promises, debt cancellations donations
among others to please Africa.
